Cerro Castillo National Reserve

On the Carretera Austral to the south of Coyhaique, this immense reserve protects the area around the mountain of the same name whose rugged relief evokes the towers of a fortified castle. If the ascent of this summit is a matter for experienced climbers, beautiful hikes are accessible to all.
